Almond Finish

Decorating question: Need to replace my range. What finish do I choose?
I currently have almond appliances. We won’t be selling our home for at least another 5 years. I might be replacing the refrigerator by then. Do I go with a stainless finish since that’s more modern, but won’t match the fridge or dishwasher? I would replace the others as they need to be replaced, with stainless. OR do I just stay with the almond so it all coordinates? Maybe I’ve seen too many shows where people come into a home, take one look at the appliances (which might work just fine) and say, “Oh, we’ll have to replace those with stainless–these look so DATED!” I’d appreciate the opinions of homeowners, or those who are looking for a home to buy. Thanks.
the honest truth is that stainless is in right now, but the cycle changes. 5 years from now it might not be. stainless, while looking nice is doesnt take to scratches and finger prints very well. other than that its nice. shows like hgtv really promote the stainless but its only a matter of time before its out of style. what you can do is buy what you like in a more inexpensive model because you can update again when its time to sell
