Antique brass telescope value?

I have been given an antique brass telescopic telescope and I am curious as to it’s value. It has French words engraved into it. It says “Charlet aine Opticien au Havre Cristel De Roche”. It is approximately 3 feet long when extended.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.
