The patent office doesn’t like my adjustable toaster holder for bathtub use. Why not? ?

I made this little wooden board that holds a toaster. You put it across your bathtub after you fill it up and sit down.

Who doesnt like to relax to a nice bubble bath and eat toast? And I’ve already thought about safety issues, I put a special coating on the board so the toaster doesnt get too hot. The board will even come with a knife that you can jam into the toaster if anything gets stuck.

Could you think of any other improvements so I can get my board on the market?

You could add a beer/wine glass holder so one can get drunk while enjoying toast in the tub. Very toasty, indeed.
