Beautiful Undermount
Kitchen counter top basic or Quartz?
My wife wants to change her kitchen counter top. However I’m not sure which way to go. should I get a regular basic counter top installed which would cost be about $400.00 or should I get a Quartz counter top installed professionally by Lowes for $4300.00? They will be throwing in a “Free” Undermount kitchen double sink ($770.00 value) and I think it will look beautiful but I don’t know if it’s worth $3900.00 extra for a countertop that might like a bit nicer. I want to do the right thing. Is it worth spending that much extra money? I hear nice things about Quartz.
This is definately a personal choice…as for resale..you will get more the more you spend…look at all the details of the different countertops and take these all in considerations, then go and look at them both. You and your wife need to choose. Personally I am a granite person, so I am not any help in this, other than you need to look at which is more practical for your lifestyle.
