Satin nickel wall plates and outlet plates with brass door knobs and brass hinges?
I’m remodeling my first home and I really like the look of the satin nickel switch plates and outlet plates. Will these look odd with the current brass door knobs and door hinges? Would satin nickel hardware on the doors make it look better? I found some good prices online for satin nickel door hardware so replacing the door hardware isn’t completely out of the question. I like the look of brass hardware on the doors so I’m a little conflicted.
This is actually a small 1100 sq. ft. condo and only has 11 doors so switching to all of one or the other won’t completely kill my budget.

No the brass and Brushed Nickle wouldn’t look good. Make it all one or the other. When I sold my house and had new carpet layed, the decorators told me that even the trim between the carpeted and tiled areas should always match your door hardware.
