How do you “back flush” a pool pump – I have and Intex thingie with a accordian paper cartridge?
I have developed green algea and am trying to get rid of it…I know I need to shock the pool and then use algecide as a preventative…and keep the pump running a lot more…but people say to back flush the pump…how, I ask?
you dont need to back flush the pump..all that does is drain water out of your pool…shock it and put some algecide in and a new filter..you will be fine
