Stihl weedeater will not start and oil is leaking out?

Just went out to power up our Stihl gas powered weedeater. I have it choked and each time I pull the chain or even move the weedeater, oil starts coming out the back and I cannot get it to start. Does this problem sound familiar or any sugggestions as to what is going on? Will award best answer points! Thanks!

It sounds flooded.

Here is what you need to do:
Put it on wide open throttle / no choke.
Remove and clean the air filter.
Wash it in soapy water and completely dry it out.
Remove the spark plug and place a clean rag over the hole.
Pull the cord 10 or 20 times and check the rag every few pulls.
If the rag is oily, turn it to a clean spot.
Keep pulling until it is dry.
Then remove the rag and pull the cord 5 to 10 times to dry it out.
Clean the spark plug.
Shake it out to make sure there is no gas inside.
Scrub it with a wire brush.
Blow it out with compressed air if possible or wipe it down.
Plug the spark plug into the wire, but do not screw it into engine.
Place the spark plug near the engine block and pull the cord.
You should see a spark jump from the plug to the block.
If so, you know the spark plug and that system is good.
Reinstall the spark plug and wire.

Try starting it on wide open throttle without pushing the primer bulb.
If it does not start, switch it to full choke, try again.
If it does not start, hit the primer 5 to 6 times and try starting it on full choke.

If at any time on full choke you hear the engine try to start, immediately switch it to half choke and try starting it again. Trying to start includes a noise or sputter that it did not make before.

Once started let it warm up on half choke for a bit before switching to wide open throttle.

If after all of this it still does not start, then you have a clogged carburetor. You need to take it out, disassemble it as much as you can, and soak it in carb cleaner overnight. Blow it out with air hopefully you get it going. If it still does not work, notice that there are three small holes on one side of the carb throat. A small wire is needed to poke these out. That should be the last step. Put it back together and try again.
