How I can add a shower in a bathtub with legs in place without the help of a Diverter Valve?

My husband and I are renewing DIY bathroom in our house in the 1920s. At this point, we have the classic bathtub / shower wall installation. We want to restore the bathroom to the 1920s style with an original pedestal sink white geometric tile, white, and the feet bath. But we also want toilet and shower. (No room for a shower.) We saw legs appropriate deviation could work, but are quite expensive. Is there a cheap way to add a shower and work with the installation of the existing wall? Can you please tell us where to start and we refer to companies that could make the team seek? Thanks!

Adding a shower in a bathtub with legs 1920 – an idea ahead of its time – the easiest and cheapest way to do is to buy two water points and replace the current, where the water valves are. Then connect the tub and buy more hoses that can connect to a water pipe that installing the wall and run out of the tub or one that is independent.
