How do you handle stress?

Just wondering what you all have found to be the best way or ways to handle stress. I am under a ton of stress right now. I just had to help my 19 yr old dog cross over the bridge. My dads in the hospital awaiting major surgery. I am 30 weeks pregnant with a very rough, high-risk pregnancy. Plus I have a 2 and 3 yr old toddler at home on top of everyday things. Just wondering how you handle it.. What worked best for you. Thanks. .
