It is a chain / cable in the tub / shower area bathrooms in all rooms European hotel. The sign above it says "alarm."
due to political correctness gone mad … so the most vulnerable can call using the bathroom incase something happens to them .. like maybe if they fall into the toilet, etc … crazy if you ask me!
