What should I do to this bathroom? I’m trying to remodel it?

What should I do to the restroom to make it look better? ANY suggestions would help because this restroom needs a lot of help.
I don’t see that it needs a lot of help. The vanity and sink are great.
You may want to remove the stuff on the back of the toilet and remove that toilet cover- I just hate them.
Perhaps you’d like to paint ? You could also freshen up with some nice guest towels and get a towel bar hanging off of the side of the vanity ?
