Gooseneck Faucet

On a Glacier Bay gooseneck kitchen faucet,how do you get to the gooseneck O-ring?
There are no visible screws at the base,and it won’t twist. Water pools out behind the faucet whenever I turn the water on,and I can’t see how to get to the O-ring. Thanks.
Most kitchen faucets have a locking nut at the base. If yours does not, it may just pull up and out.
