Great Shape

How can I get into really great shape in less than 4 weeks?
Well, I am going into highschool this month and I want to be in great shape. Im athletic right now, but I want to be super good in sports so i can actually get to play instead of warming the bench. got any suggestions?
Do exercises that work more than one area at a time. Like, do jumping jacks while holding your arms out straight with dumbells, then on every 5th jumping jack jump in the air doing it (it’s a cheerleader jump “toe touch”) look it up in google images.
