Cherry Bomb Extreme Muffler and High Flow Catalytic Converters?
On a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500, would it be loud and how much would it cost, i have true duals and glasspacks at the moment.

Do you have separate catalytic converters? If not you don’t have true duals. The cherry bombs may be a little louder than the glasspacks but they will give you a nice throaty sound instead of the popcorn sound from the glasspacks.
The high flow cats will help with the throaty sound.
You should get better economy (if you keep your right foot out of it) as well as performance. You should put a set of stainless steel headers in your budget. That is where a real performance/mpg improvement will come from.
