What does Massages do for your health
I recently just am in a free 7 day trial at a gym where they offer massages. The guy offer me a massage and i had taken him up on it and he showed me his Hydro spa massages Just huge jets of water that you can adjust speed and pressure and where you like it to work. I was relax and felt really good after 10 mins! it had stop me from wanting to go back cracking on me for most of the day! I didn’t need to feel to crack just relax and felt good what all does a massage do for your health. I know increases blood flow but what else?
well its just a machine u just kick off shoes lay down press some buttons grab thouse headphones and forget about life. OH MAN hydro massages are so wonderful Im sure to join just to get to use that more! i be using that every day. And that might help since i have tightness most the time from stress and working so much been getting really bad headachs that i don’t know why maybe that will help! I will happen to see if i love the gym more!
From what I understand from my massage therapist, it removes toxins that become trapped in the muscles, it loosens muscles , increases blood flow, and even for a certain type of massage therapy, can break down fat and scar tissue with the right therapy techniques. I’ve suffered from chronic headaches and migraines simply from the tension I carry in my back and shoulders, and it’s helped to control the intensity and the number of them that I deal with. As well, I was in a car accident, and could not even move my head. After one session, I could finally move my head side to side.
If there’s one suggestion I can give, is that if you’re not quite comfortable with your massage therapist, don’t hesitate to try another one. I’ve had a few amazing ones, and then I had one who had little respect for privacy in terms of my body (which made me very uncomfortable).
