How can I stop blushing ?

prevent from blushing. I blush all the time
and I didn’t use to! it’s really wierd
last year it was the same, I used to blush alot in the winter,
then all of the suden.. it stopped!
and now it’s back!! i HATE it
it makes me look like a wierdo, but it’s not the innocent blushing, it’s the RED FLUSH BLUSHING
all over my face
please please PLEASE help

You can’t STOP blushing, but you can cover it up. Just put on an extra layer of foundation or powder on. And like the other girl said, it could just be your skin reacting to the winter air. I get really bad chapped lips during the winter.
